well it is that time of year again. jason is now thirty-six and you know what that means? it means he is officially closer to forty :) so here is thirty-six reasons why i love him.

36. he likes to go to garage sales and antique stores

35. he does do some laundry

34. he lets me decorate the house anyway i want as long as i don't mess up the garage.

33. he smells good (most of the time and he knows the times when he does not)

32. i get his humor.

31. if i try a new recipe and it is no good he still eats it then tells me not to make it again.

30. he has a great smile

29. he can can fix just about anything

28. he likes refinishing furniture for me.

27. he works very hard to provide for his family.

26. he doesn't like to argue.

25. he is very handsome.

24. he is very smart.

23. he likes to sit next to me on the couch.

22. he'll make funny faces at inappropriate times to make me laugh.

21. he'll clean the dishes every once in a while when i am at the store or something just to make my day easier.

20. he is good at his job and is a great influence to the younger sailors.

19. he loves our children

18. and he wants one more.

17. he is competitive with his brother and sister.

16. he watches chick flicks with me even though he'll never admit it.

15. he'd rather be at home then anywhere else.

14. he looks amazing in his uniform better than the movie "a few good men"

13. he is quite shy when he around people he does not know. it is cute to see him being vulnerable.

12. when i told him i wanted to go to mexico on a missions trip he made it happen.

11. next year he is going to go on the missions trip because he truely wants to good for others.

10. he is sensitive. he gets his feelings hurt but he doesn't ever say so but i can tell.
