this recipe is easy and delicious.
what you need:
one whole chicken
one can of black beans
one can of kidney beans
black olives
monteray jack shredded cheese
shedded cheddar cheese
10 to 12 flour tortillas
salsa
sour cream
one green pepper diced
cook the chicken in your slow cooker for ten hours, this is the longest part of this recipe. season chicken with garlic powder and onion powder and mccormicks montreal steak seasoning. when it is done cooking shred chicken off the bone place chicken in a deep fry pan. cook chicken in the pan with some taco seasoning powder for a few minutes. heat tortillas in a fry pan on each side until they are alittle crispy. start layering the lasagna. lay some tortillas on the bottom of a baking pan next spred some chicken over the tortillas then add the rest of the ingredients adding the cheese on last. then place tortillas over the layer and start the new layer with all the ingredients. just like a regular lasagna. three layers should do it. then place tortillas on the top cover with cheese and bake until the cheese is melted. add fresh shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes and sour cream. when you are adding the salsa and sour cream in the layers do not use alot. maybe 7-8 dollups of each in each layer.
everyone in my family loved this (except logan but he loved the chicken) you end up with alot of dirty pans but it is worth it. yum!

Looks delicious!
YUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUM! I'm trying this recipe for sure.
I happened to have kidney and black beans, chicken, tortillas and cheese, so with just a couple things to pick up b4, we baked this tonight and it was so good! Great way to slip in those needed veggies too. Thx for posting!
